今年七月直接購於美國知名結他店 Music Zoo。Masterbuilt 系列一般售價由8萬至10多萬不等，個人因有太多收藏現割愛出售。

Fender Masterbuilt 每一支結他都由一位大師級的Builder從頭至尾一人打造，為Fender 最高級別的電結他系列。

製造此結他的大師Greg Fessler 於1990年加入Fender, 從學徒做起，一步步晉升。他協助Robben Ford簽名款吉他的製作，最終成為該系列的唯一 builder ，最後更成為Robben Ford的專屬製作人。他亦曾為許多樂手打造獨一無二的Stratocaster和Telecaster吉他，包括Joe Bonnamasa、Jeff Healey、Hank Marvin、John Mayer、Rhonda Smith、Neil Schon和Pete Wentz等等。

此結他打造的Ultimate Relic充分呈現Greg Fessler對細節的完美追求和技藝水平。

Masterbuilt 系列都用上最頂級的材料製作，此吉他拾音器更加係二代亞婆 Josefina 的手纏Fat ’60s pickups ，有著六十年清脆圓潤的經典音色。Alder 頸設計用上10/56 ”V“ Profile ，非常好彈。
